We will issue you with a gift card to the value of your gold to be spent within three months of your gold valuation appointment. Please note that you will forfeit any special offers that are available on the event dates.
Any hallmarked plain gold jewellery, or plain gold jewellery that identifies as gold after acid testing, in any condition!
Yes, Acceptable forms of ID include Photo Driving Licence with your current residential address (within date), bank or building society statement dated in the last 3 months with your current residential address, utility bill dated in last 3 months with your current residential address, credit or debit card, or HM Forces Identity Card
Eligible gold can be exchanged for new product or a gift card only and cannot be exchanged for cash
We will retain your gold for least 24 hours. After 24 hours, the store will complete the buying process and your gold and value will be non-returnable.
